Reports for Prospects:
Prospects need to see a cost/benefit analysis before they choose you as agent of record. AcuComp has developed two analytical reports using the prospects data, both of which will indicate the extent of potential reductions in their worker’s compensation premiums.

You choose one or the other for each prospect:

• Premium Diagnostic Analysis Report (PDAR) shows the prospect what their worker’s compensation premium would be today, had they been in our data system for the past four years.


• Reformatted Loss Run shows only open claims with outstanding reserves. Proper usage of this information is taught in our initial sales training forum, which takes place as soon as your agency becomes a member of the NIAS, Inc group.

Reports for Clients:

• Claim Status Reports shows collected claim file documentation and corresponding reserve reductions.


• Actual Liability Avoided shows the dollar value and liability avoided due to the system’s effectiveness.


• Claim Under Audit shows the complete list of open claims under audit.


• Cumulative Activity Report shows the overall dollar reduction in reserves and corresponding action reduction in the experience modifier.

Experience Modification Reports & Mathematical Models:

• Verification verifies the accuracy of the experience modification rate calculation.


• Projection projects the next experience modification rating.


• Promulgation creates an experience modification rating worksheet for insureds not eligible for an NCCI experience modifier.


• Mathematical Models reflect changes in the experience modifier as a result of changes in claim frequency or severity.
